Tasked with the creation of an animated branded pitch deck template, for use in producer and financing sessions.  Each major deck page features a signature red corner, riffing on both a cardinal's plume and the digital "play" buttons ( > ) that appear on remote controls and playback devices. 

 

The entire deck was requested with a last-minute deadline and submitted within 48 hours - including my 18 original key art concepts for their current pitching slate.

EVERYMAN THEATRE 30TH ANNIVERSARY IDENTITY & SEASON DESIGN

In honor of their 30th Anniversary Season, the Everyman Theatre sought a new brand and poster identity style to reflect upon their core values as an arts organization. My designs and presentation as part of their call for entries won the competition for their new identity -- and I am now in the early stages of the design process with their executive team and board.  

 

My submission focused on the theater's award-winning resident company - which appears throughout the shows each season, as well as visual references to a parallel post-pandemic American arts scene of the 20's and Art Deco/Nouveau. My poster identity features Lubalin's Avant Garde Gothic and a hidden "30" to be unveiled using animation and interaction design.  The 30 moves throughout the shows, echoing the ways in which their company members are seen throughout the productions in the theater itself.  

Their iconic "E is for Everyman" mask logo is flipped for a quick and fun reference to 30 years of stagecraft and leadership in the American arts.

30TH SEASON POSTER IDENTITY
Each poster for the season, when placed together, spell out a hidden "30" used in the color-blocked poster illustrations.  Negative space in each poster reflects upon themes, images, or characters from the plays themselves.
